Week One Done

And just like that week one is done and dusted. Suffering the effects of jet lag longer than usual, David took it easy on me and for that I am thankful. A combo of walking, hiking and running at an easy pace was nice as it’s a long way to November.

It was also cool that I got to share a hike with Tim checking out some trails closer to home and finished the week sharing a run with Luke at my easy pace!

This weeks plan is in and I am starting with a rest day today before getting my teeth stuck on for real now…..
