MOVE Challenge

Have you signed up for the MOVE for Stillbirth Challenge in November?

Commit to 20 days of moving, you choose the activity, walk, swim, cycle or dance even, anything that gets you moving from the 1st November to the 20th and help me raise $1million dollars to help reduce the stillbirth statistics in Australia.

All you need to do is choose your challenge, whether as an individual or a team and register TODAY by following the following instructions:

  1. Click on the “REGISTER NOW“ button on the MOVE page

  2. Complete your details as specified

  3. Set your challenge under ‘Why I’m Doing It’

  4. Share with family, friends and on your socials. Tag @stillrunning_for_stillbirth

  5. Get ready for November 1st!

Ideas include:

Individual Challenge Ideas

Walk around the block every morning

Cycle to school or work each day

30 minutes of Yoga each day

Swim for 30 minutes each day

Team Challenge Ideas

Run/Row/Swim/Ride 1,000km’s total

Push up challenge (100 each day)

Walk 6 laps of the block with your family or work colleagues each day
